It is sometimes difficult to imagine how a life-size granite torso can be transported to the middle of a lavender knot garden in a stone courtyard. When June LaCombe started selling sculpture, she made the commitment to oversee all logistics and often works with the artist to deliver and install the piece. She is well versed in the equipment and detail required to successfully transport and install sculpture. Working closely with the artists, she has placed stone benches inside glass entryways, steel wolves leaping from ledges, and thirty-foot kinetic sculpture by reflecting ponds. She has shipped pieces all over the country, including Maine’s coastal islands and Hawaii.
